Deuteronomy 31:8 says, "The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged." This reminds us that, even in times of loss and grief, we are not alone. God is with us, guiding us through our pain and giving us strength to carry on. We should take comfort in this promise and trust in His unfailing love.
Psalm 23:4 "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me." is a comforting passage that speaks to the hearts of those who are grieving. It reminds us that even in the darkest of times, we are not alone. The Lord is our shepherd, and He will guide us through the valley of shadow death. We can be comforted by the fact that He is with us, and His rod and staff will comfort us. May this passage bring peace to those who are mourning.
Psalm 116:15 says, "Precious in the sight of the LORD Is the death of His godly ones." Losing a mate in death can be an incredibly difficult and emotional time, but it's important to remember that God sees their passing as precious. Take comfort in knowing that your loved one is now in the presence of the Lord.
According to Romans 14:8, "whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord." This can bring comfort and peace knowing that our loved ones are in God's hands. Matthew 5:4 says, "Blessed are those who mourn for they will be comforted." God comforts us in our times of mourning and sadness, offering us peace and hope. We can find solace in knowing that God is with us and that He cares for us deeply.
When a Loved One Passes Away
"The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
