O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day.

Grace Before Meals

Bless us, O Lord, and these Thy gifts, which we are about to receive from Thy bounty, through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Guardian Angel Prayer

Angel of God, my guardian dear, to whom God's love commits me here, ever this day be at my side, to light and guard, to rule and guide. Amen.

Our Father

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Hail Mary

Hail Mary Gentle and familiar. “Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Act of Contrition

Dear God, I am sorry for my sins. I know You love me, and I want to love You back. Help me to make good choices, to do what is right, and to stay away from things that lead me to sin. Amen.

Bedtime Prayer

Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord my soul to keep; guide me through the starry night, and wake me with the morning light.

Simple Thanksgiving

Thank You, God, for this day, for my family, my friends, and the many blessings You have given me. Amen.

Daily Prayer Rituals

Morning Offering

Start the day by giving everything to God. A simple 'Good morning, Jesus' helps kids remember He is with them always.

Mealtime Grace

Pause before eating to say thank you. Encourage children to name one specific thing from their day they are grateful for.

Bedtime Examen

End the day with peace. Ask kids where they saw God's love today and ask for His protection through the night.
